So?
Yep, people ask me ... "So, what do you do?"
That's
a tough one. Not for me mind you, but for most folks to understand
with an elevator pitch. I lecture, train and teach. Work
for a
bunch
of clients
doing communications and creative work and whatever time is
left I play, write and record music.
This
site spells all that out.
The
most important thing is the Net. I have been doing this stuff
well-before the Web was here, having started with bulletin
boards in the 80's. I do love it. Allegedly, I had the very
first advertising page in 1992 called "AdRap." This
site in some incarnation has been up since then.
Right
now the Net fascinates me with things finally settling down.
All the "Jumping Bunnies" and "Throbbing Gristle" sites
slowly going away and people getting down to what the Net
should
be - A
Conversation. The Cluetrain spells it out. I
am fortunate to have obtained the rights to the Cluetrain
Book for my lectures.
I
also love to write satire
and poetry as
well as take photos.
I
am also almost finished my first novel - a crime mystery
set in Toronto. Workin' on getting it published. I will have
an excerpt
up here shortly.
